Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Engineer, based in our Nicosia offices, to bridge the gap between our technical and sales departments. This pivotal role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and tailoring solutions that drive success. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to develop effective strategies and persuasive pitches that align with client needs.
- Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase how our solutions address specific client problems.
- Technical Support: Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Proposal Development: Assist in creating detailed proposals and technical documentation that clearly articulate our solutions.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with vendors to stay informed about current and future products and services.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing education to keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, from a KYSATS-approved institution.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and software solutions.
- Experience: Previous experience in technical roles within the IT sector is a significant advantage.
- Certifications: Vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware) are desirable.
