PURPOSE OF JOB:
- To assist the administration team in the provision of clerical and administrative services to our clients. Including
- To work with the Administration Manager/Senior Compliance Officer in ensuring efficient administration throughout the company.
- To carry out secretarial, administrative and clerical duties.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES, TASKS & DUTIES:
- To pro-actively provide administrative support including filing, word processing.
- To assist with the general administration of work within the admin team.
- To assist in the compilation of such reports and records, and assessment of data as may be required by the company.
- To assist in the compilation, maintenance and analysis of student records.
- To use computerized systems e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook and databases, to input and manage data and produce required documentation.
- To input and validate data onto the company computerized systems as required.
- To comply with all data protection requirements with regards to the access and dissemination of personal data (GDPR).
- To schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and events, attend meetings, take notes/formal minutes as required.
- Day to day post duties as required.
- Day to day general clerical duties as required.
- Such other duties as may be determined from time to time within the general scope of the post.
- The job description will be reviewed as and when required.
- Support orientation programs, student workshops, and engagement activities.
- Facilitate communication between students and staff.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
- Address and resolve student concerns and complaints professionally.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Essential
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office special focus on Excel (pivot tables etc.).
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization. General Office experience.
- Being able to work as part of a team.
Desirable
- Previous experience in the education sector
- Experience of working in a client focused environment.
