As a Club Host Manager, you will oversee and manage the guest experience at the club, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality from the moment guests arrive until their departure. Your primary responsibility is to create a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere, ensuring all guests, particularly VIPs, feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the guest experience, ensuring smooth service from arrival to departure
- Manage reservations and table assignments for optimal seating
- Supervise, train, and motivate host staff to maintain high service standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth club operations
- Create a welcoming atmosphere, paying attention to seating, ambiance, and cleanliness
- Ensure efficient guest flow, minimizing wait times and enhancing the guest journey
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality, with a focus on customer service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, often during evenings and weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a passion for hospitality and guest service
- Experience in handling VIP clientele and managing high-profile events is preferred
- Knowledge of reservation management systems and familiarity with club operations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
