As a Technical IT Specialist, you will work collaboratively with other ICT & Infrastructure team members, providing support to multiple companies with low to medium complexity environments. You’ll liaise with our engineers, making productive contributions while expanding your knowledge through mentorship with senior colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting:
Cisco Firewalls and switches
Windows Server environments
- Strong communication skills and a high level of English proficiency.
- Based in Malta.
- At least 1 year of experience in the above technologies.
