Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Sales to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the chosen candidate will:
- Design and execute a sales strategy aligned with organizational goals, enhancing market share and driving growth in the services industry;
- Translate corporate objectives into actionable sales plans with measurable outcomes;
- Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team;
- Provide regular coaching, mentorship, and training to foster professional growth and ensure alignment with organizational standards;
- Implement detailed reporting frameworks to monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and present insights to senior stakeholders;
- Use data-driven strategies to identify areas of improvement and success;
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and long-term loyalty;
- Identify and act on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, maximizing client value;
- Partner with internal teams (Operations, HR, Technology, and Finance) to streamline workflows and support cohesive business objectives;
- Establish and track sales and operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with company strategy and optimization of resources;
- Develop efficient sales pipelines and forecast accuracy models;
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities;
- Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in sales leadership within the services industry is a must.
- Preferably in possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; (MBA preferred).
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools.
- Must be located in Malta, holding local experience.
