Job Title – Payments Solutions and Onboarding Specialist
You will be responsible for:
- Identify and implement new payment solutions to meet business needs
- Assist with evaluating and onboarding new payment providers and banks/EMIs, including completing forms and responding to inquiries
- Assist with the annual reviews conducted from PSPs and banks
- Support team members in managing relationships with new and existing payment providers and banks/EMIs
- Coordinate and implement new payment methods in internal systems, such as CRM
- Review and evaluate current payment solutions for accuracy through quality control processes
- Regular assessment of payment systems, processes, and practices to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Identify, investigate, and report issues/errors from PSPs
Job Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Management, Banking, Accounting and Finance or any other related field
- At least 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar payments solutions role within the Financial industry sector.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems, specifically with platforms such as HubSpot, showcasing expertise in managing customer relationships, tracking sales pipelines, and optimizing workflows for business growth.
- Demonstrated expertise with a Payment Service Provider (PSP) or payment orchestration platform, and/or technical knowledge of financial services.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple onboarding processes concurrently.
- Business fluency in the English language
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
