Job Title – Business Development Manager
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting numerous introductory calls and demos monthly, bringing your A-Game to each and every interaction.
- Navigating deals through all stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring that targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges, identifying their needs, and providing customized solutions.
- Mentoring a team of SDRs to ensure they meet monthly sales targets and KPIs, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
- Maintaining a creative, ambitious mindset, committed to propelling Obtained to the forefront of the fintech industry.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a Senior Sales role within the fintech industry.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and demos while maintaining professionalism and a results-driven approach.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape, with the ability to leverage this knowledge into successful sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a systematic approach to managing and optimizing sales processes.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and energized by the pursuit and closure of large-scale deals.
- An extensive network of industry contacts with the ability to leverage these relationships to create new business opportunities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
