We are seeking a skilled and marketing-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team and enhance the Social Media Channels to our users. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for driving our brands on the different channels, ensuring updated and fresh content.
Personal Attributes and skills required
· Critical thinker, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to run multiple projects at a time, working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
· Proactive and resourceful with a ‘can-do’ attitude and problem-solving capabilities.
· Experience in generation of Social Media content.
· Excellent communication skills with proficiency in at least two European languages (English being the mother tongue).
· A real passion for luxury, travel and experiential hospitality industries with a brand ambassador attitude.
Main Tasks
· Work directly with the Head of Marketing to oversee digital marketing strategy from idea stage through execution, implementation and ongoing management against brand briefs, KPIs and objectives to increase brand awareness, direct sales and positive online reputation.
· Execute and manage creative paid campaign strategies for the hotels under IBB Hotel Collection and Cugó Gran on key digital marketing platforms including website, email, social media and search engine marketing.
· Planning publicity strategies and campaigns with focus on digital strategy and media buying.
· Update and manage all hotel and restaurant profiles.
· Manage and develop Media Asset libraries for all subsidiaries in line with brand and content briefs by developing engaging content (including copy, image and video) for marketing campaigns
· Hero brand consistency with creativity, attention to brand guidelines and effective collaboration with graphic designer as well as create designs and rich media content in house. Writing engaging content across all Social media channels and preparing the relevant reports.
· Present monthly performance reports covering brand and lead (CTA) campaign metrics and SWOT analysis against industry benchmarks to key stakeholders with the Director of Marketing
· Acting as a gatekeeper and steward of the brand tone of voice through all Social media channels.
· Coordinate and open collaborations between hotels and UGC, Influencers or other relevant people.
· Measure performance and produce reports for Digital Media Performance.
· Use different channels on Social Media to optimize campaign’s reach and success.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
· Content generation in our hotels for daily stories and posts in Maltese hotels and coordinate with the German and Polish properties.
· Coordinate material with the different properties in our portfolio.
· Review project management.
