We’re looking for a Branding & Marketing Lead to become the face of this part of our journey, someone who can shape projects from the very first briefing to final execution while inspiring a team to deliver work that’s anything but ordinary. What You’ll Do
Lead with Clients:
- Own the room during briefings, pitch bold ideas, and take the lead from start to finish.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their go-to partner in turning vision into reality.
Lead with Creativity:
- Craft strategies and campaigns that shake things up and demand attention.
- Oversee branding projects, from naming and identity design to marketing plans and beyond.
Lead with the Team:
- Set the standard and lead by example—be the one your team looks to for inspiration.
- Mentor, teach, and empower your team to grow alongside you.
Lead with Execution:
- Roll up your sleeves and execute when it matters, from mastering Adobe Suite to creating animated logos or on-brand visuals that wow.
- Work hand-in-hand with in-house marketing to ensure &bold always stays bold.
What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record of leading branding and marketing projects that stand out.
- Confidence with clients, paired with the ability to deliver ideas that resonate.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects are a must).
