We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Client Manager/Legal Assistant to join our team in our Malta office for on-site work. Remote work can be considered for the right candidate. 🙌🏻 Main role responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on investment programs, procedures, and document requirements
- Collecting, preparing, and filing necessary documentation for citizenship and residency applications
- Analyzing new laws in the investment immigration field
- Conducting personal meetings and communications with clients
- Working daily with programs such as ASANA, TaskRay, and Salesforce
Requirements
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (France, Russian, Portuguese, German);
- Higher/unfinished education in law, finance, business, or related sciences, or previous work experience in these fields
- Familiarity with legal and compliance responsibilities in the citizenship and residency by investment industry or related work experience is considered an advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with high-net-worth clients
