In this role, you’ll plan, manage, and execute a diverse portfolio of events showcasing the organization's industry leadership. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure the participation at both local and international events aligns with its values and strategic objectives.
You will:
- Lead the planning, logistics, and execution of a wide range of events.
- Act as the central liaison between departments and external partners to ensure seamless event coordination.
- Manage budgets, procurement processes, and timelines to deliver events that reflect the organizations brand.
- Support PR and marketing initiatives to enhance the organizations visibility and reputation.
Skills/Experience:
- A degree-level qualification, or equivalent experience in event management, PR, or communications.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Salary / Remuneration: €29,000 - €34,000 Gross Per Year (Depending on Experience)
