We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Monitor Project Processes: Ensure that all projects in the portfolio adhere to established workflows, methodologies, and quality standards;
- Validate Requirements: Test and validate tech requirements to confirm they are clear, feasible, and aligned with the portfolio's goals;
- Develop and Maintain Use Cases: Create detailed use cases and scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage of functionality and alignment with user needs
- Conduct Quality Assurance Testing: Oversee or directly execute testing activities across projects to ensure deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks;
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve defects or issues identified during testing;
- Generate Reports and Insights: Prepare and share regular reports on project quality metrics, testing outcomes, and process adherence;
- Facilitate Communication: Act as the central point of contact for quality-related matters across the portfolio;
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine QA processes, tools, and practices at the portfolio level;
Essential professional experience:
- Extensive experience in manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian and Upper-Intermediate English, enabling seamless communication in a multicultural environment
