Your Winning Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Portfolio Management: Develop and proactively manage a portfolio of affiliate partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their financial value and potential.
- Affiliate Acquisition: Identify and secure new affiliate opportunities to expand business and drive growth.
- Retention & Growth: Build, retain, and grow relationships with current affiliate partners, maximizing their long-term value.
- Negotiations & Agreements: Negotiate, review, and optimize commercial agreements with affiliate partners.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights and strategies to improve results.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners through regular communication, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and email.
The Winning Hand – Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record in online marketing sales, with the ability to drive revenue growth.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong skills in negotiation, analytics, and numeracy to evaluate and optimize affiliate performance.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute effectively.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, comfortable with full-time, on-site work in Cyprus.
