- Design and manage customer lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, loyalty programs, and reactivation initiatives.

- Craft comprehensive onboarding strategies to engage, educate, and retain new customers from their first interaction.
- Develop multi-channel onboarding campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to welcome and activate new customers.
- Define key stages in the customer onboarding journey, creating automated workflows to guide users seamlessly through these stages.
📈 Campaign Management

- Proven experience in CRM management within the iGaming or Sportsbook industry.
- Expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalized campaigns.
- Proficient in CRM tools and platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating impactful customer communications.
