Roles & Responsibilities:
- Your primary role involves collaborating with various teams to understand data requirements and develop targeted business intelligence solutions.
- You are required to manage daily tasks such as data monitoring, report generation, and creating visualizations.
- You'll be responsible to analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends and patterns that support business decisions.
- Administering training sessions to improve team proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Your role also involves developing and implementing BI strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Building and maintaining data pipelines through effective data management and fostering relationships with data sources.
- Conducting data quality assessments to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Ensuring a seamless and insightful BI process for stakeholders.
- Staying informed about industry trends to refine tools and practices.
- Contributing to market analysis and data-driven initiatives to enhance competitive positioning.
Expectations & Requirements:
- Should possess experience of 1-2 years in business intelligence or data analysis, preferably in financial services or technology sectors.
- Quite an acquaintance of native-level English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be skilled in analytical techniques and data mining to extract actionable insights.
- Ensure that you deliver results effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
- Ensuring quality collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
- You are also expected to be proficient in using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to create visualizations and reports.
- Strong knowledge of SQL is essential, while familiarity with Python is advantageous.
- Prior hands-on experience in Power BI (both front-end and back-end) is highly valued.
- A track record of delivering high-quality insights that align with organizational objectives is preferred.
Additional Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., including a 1-hour lunch break.
