Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and remote support to end-users, assisting with desktops, laptops, and applications.
- Perform customer and in-house system maintenance, monitoring, and support.
- Use monitoring tools and logs to proactively identify and resolve IT issues.
Must Haves:
- Proven L1 IT Support Experience.
- Proficiency in Windows and PC installations.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Linux is a plus.
- Network engineering experience
Up to €1,500 per month Gross (Depending on experience)
