This stylish luxury hotel, Corinthia Palace is seeking to recruit an ambitious, determined and an exceptional Marketing Executive who is seeking to embark on a career in one of the most highly recognized hospitality organisations in the world.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative marketing duties to ensure an effective presence for Corinthia Hotel. To ensure all marketing, communication, correspondence, and management reporting is executed in a timely manner. Reporting into the Director of Marketing & Communications, and providing comprehensive, confidential support to the marketing function at Corinthia Palace.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning
- Assist in designing campaigns and intiatives to effectively promote segments, ensuring seamless execution in line with the marketing strategy and business goals
- Coordinate marketing activities across key market segments, including Food & Beverage, wellness, rooms, events, and conferences.
- Oversee the timely and efficient rollout of marketing initiatives to support business goals and enhance brand visibility.
Branding
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in brand representation, content, and visual language across all platforms, including the brand website and affiliates.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring adherence to Corinthia brand standards and maintaining a unified message across all communications.
- Manage photography sessions for advertising, collateral, and PR purposes, ensuring high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Communication
- Assist in crafting and distributing press releases for property events, promotions, and outlets, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination.
- Maintain clear and effective communication within the department, addressing queries promptly and fostering teamwork.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and support for cross-functional initiatives.
Market Analysis and Campaign Performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform and refine marketing strategies.
- Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing regular reports and delivering weekly presentations to stakeholders as required.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams to coordinate promotional activities and drive overall business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
Resource Management
- Identify opportunities to improve departmental profitability by controlling wastage and optimizing resource utilization.
- Ensure the efficient use of all utilities and materials
- Maintain compliance budgetary finance SOPs
Additional Responsibilities
- Attend departmental training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company practices and policies.
- Ensure full compliance with the Corinthia Employee Handbook.
- Manage the creation, distribution, and inventory of key marketing collateral, ensuring timely updates and availability.
- Maintain vigilance for opportunities to enhance departmental performance and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
- A minimum of one years’ marketing experience working with a premium-to-luxury lifestyle brand or Hotel / Restaurant /Catering environment
- Fluent in written & spoken English.
- Strong project management skills and able to multitask
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and to specific deadlines.
- Experience working with Opera PMS considered a plus
- Excellent organisational skills and diary management.
- Solid understanding luxury of brand positioning and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences at each stage of the customer journey.
