As a Local CRM Bonus Tech Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical setup, execution, and optimization of bonus and promotional systems within local markets. You will ensure that bonuses, rewards, and offers are tailored to regional preferences, ensuring smooth implementation and maximizing player engagement and retention. The role combines technical expertise in CRM platforms with a deep understanding of bonus mechanics, ensuring flawless execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Management of Bonus Systems: Implement and manage local bonus structures, ensuring they align with the technical requirements and policies of the CRM system (e.g., Symplify, Optimove, Salesforce).
- Local Market Adaptation: Tailor bonus and promotional mechanics to meet the specific needs and preferences of local markets, ensuring relevance and legal compliance.
- Bonus Automation: Collaborate with the CRM automation team to create, test, and implement automated bonus campaigns that target players based on predefined criteria, behaviors, and lifecycle stages.
- Monitor Campaigns & Performance: Track and report on the success of bonus-based campaigns, ensuring they drive player retention and engagement. Provide regular insights on the effectiveness of bonuses and promotions.
- Collaboration with Product & Marketing Teams: Work closely with local marketing and product teams to create seamless integration of bonus campaigns with player journeys and marketing strategies.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve issues related to bonus and promotional setups in the CRM system, ensuring smooth functionality and maximum impact. C
- Continuously optimize bonus structures to improve player experience and retention.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use player and campaign data to assess the effectiveness of bonus strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing bonus allocations and campaign results.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all bonuses and promotions comply with local laws and regulations, working closely with the legal team to stay ahead of market requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, bonus management, or promotions, preferably within the gambling or iGaming sectors.
- Strong technical background with experience managing bonus or rewards systems in CRM platforms such as Symplify, Salesforce, Optimove, or similar.
- Understanding of bonus mechanics and player segmentation to deliver personalized, effective bonus strategies.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze player behavior and campaign performance to improve and refine bonus campaigns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities, especially related to CRM systems and bonus setups.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, analytics) to deliver optimized bonus campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on timely delivery of campaigns and technical solutions.
- Knowledge of local gambling regulations and how they impact promotional and bonus activities in specific markets.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills a plus
