What we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a talented Head of Affiliation to join our team in Limassol.
Your daily activities as a Head of Affiliation will be:
Design, implement, and oversee the company’s affiliate marketing program.
Identify and recruit high-performing affiliates and partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and individual affiliates.
Analyse campaign data and optimize for performance and profitability.
Develop strategies to drive traffic and conversions through affiliate partnerships.
Monitor and report on affiliate performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs.
Develop long-term strategies to expand the affiliate network and increase revenue.
Identify trends and insights to innovate and improve the program.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales) to align goals.
Lead and mentor a team of affiliate marketing managers or specialists.
Provide training and support to enhance team performance.
You are best for this role if you have/are:
Proven experience (2+ years) in affiliate marketing management role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.
