Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns to boost retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value in the Norwegian and Finnish markets.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
- Use leading CRM tools to manage personalization, segmentation, and automation of campaigns.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and actionable insights.
- Liaise with product and marketing teams to ensure a seamless player journey and consistent messaging.

What We’re Looking For:
- Native-level fluency in Norwegian or Finnish, with strong communication skills in English.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a CRM role, preferably within the gambling or online gaming industry.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Optimove, Symplify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
- A solid understanding of customer segmentation and campaign performance analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
