Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist with inquiries related to our services, troubleshoot problems, and offer effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM software
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address customer feedback
- Stay informed about our products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and needs
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English is essential; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
- Experience in customer service or a similar position is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective resolutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, whether remotely or in an office setting
