The Travel Retail department is looking for a dynamic, self motivated
Head of Hospitality Business Development to join our Team.
Responsibilities :
- Implements the Business and Marketing plan for the Hospitality Business in Greece and Cyprus for existing and New customers
- Coordinates contacts with the existing Hospitality customers and prepares market visits plan and efforts per category segment
- Maintains relationships, follows up on orders, and executes them for the existing clientele Hotels of Greece, Cyprus across hotel categories
- Supports BU development process and potential agreements in duty free sales channel
- Prepares presentations for new key accounts customers and global hotel tenders
- Provides sales support including drafting and ensuring sign off of contract, etc
- Prepares and monitors monthly of the forecast process for the hospitality area as was prepared by Hospitality customer care unit. Cooperate with supply team on the annual and monthly process
- Reports and monitors business and management reports results monthly versus budget
- Prepare participations in local and global Hospitality fairs
- Monitors trends and gathers market data to present the development of new products in the area of responsibility
- Leads the implementation of plan for introduction and market share increase for the Naxos and Korres Hotel and Spa brands
- Leads hospitality sales management team
- Cooperate with Marketing and brand development teams in the company to achieve brand consistency in Hospitality business
- Market and business analysis report preparation for budget reasons
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing or hospitality
- Minimum 7 years' experience as business development manager in hospitality industry
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Minimum 5 years more of experience in business/partnership development, travel/hospitality industry or other relevant business experience
- Negotiations, strategic thinking, influencing, synthetic approach, commercial acumen, P&L knowledge
- Understanding of revenue management and distribution channels
- English Proficiency level
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
