- Answer and manage all incoming calls to ensure a prompt and courteous response
- Efficiently delegate calls to the appropriate departments or personnel within the hotel
- Handle room service requests, providing accurate and timely information to guests
- Manage restaurant reservations over the phone, demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
- Uphold a thorough knowledge of hotel services and amenities, to effectively address guest inquiries
- Multitask effectively, balancing the demands of incoming calls, room service requests, and restaurant reservations
- Provide exceptional customer service, aiming to exceed guest expectations and contribute to a positive overall guest experience at Cavo Tagoo Mykonos
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar job minimum 2 years
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess basic computer skills
- General knowledge of the island where the hotel is located and its attractions
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities
