Relocation Package:
- Accommodation Support: Two weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival in Athens.

Language Requirements:
- Italian: Fluent in Italian (C2 level).
- English: Proficient in English (C1 level, Intermediate).
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: 1,100 EUR per month, distributed over 14 months per year.
- Performance Bonus: Potential for up to 150 EUR monthly, based on individual performance metrics.
- Total Annual Earnings: Base salary plus performance bonuses and other allowances.
Working Hours:
- Schedule: Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, with working hours from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. The schedule will be organized within this timeframe.
- Weekly Hours: Total of 40 hours per week, distributed across shifts.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Customer Service Specialist to join our team, supporting a renowned mobile operator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, offering troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring overall satisfaction through proactive and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Manage customer queries through phone, email, and chat, providing clear and concise responses.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers with troubleshooting mobile service issues, ensuring timely solutions.
- Follow-up: Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up interactions, addressing any further concerns.
- Service Quality: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Language Proficiency:
- Advanced proficiency in Italian (C2 level).
- Solid understanding of English (C1 level).
- Technical Skills:
- Competence in basic computer usage and system navigation.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- An associate degree or equivalent educational background is advantageous but not mandatory.
