✍️ Your daily tasks will be
The daily life will bring more challenges, but to summarise, these will be your core focus areas:
- Lead and inspire the People Experience & Leadership team, driving exceptional results and fostering growth;
- Develop and execute a seamless People Experience strategy, covering onboarding, learning, performance management, and offboarding;
- Together with the team create and deliver leadership development programmes that empower leaders at all levels to excel;
- Partner with People Partners to identify high-potential talent and build clear growth pathways through succession planning;
- Enhance performance management processes to ensure actionable feedback and continuous growth;
- Champion employee engagement with initiatives that drive satisfaction, retention, and connection;
- Build and support internal communities (e.g., Wellness and Green teams) to foster inclusivity and belonging;
- Drive DEI initiatives to create a fair and inclusive workplace;
- Own and optimise learning and talent platforms (such as LearnUpon, Officevibe, Hibob Talent), ensuring they deliver value and impact;
- Develop a forward-thinking learning roadmap to prepare employees for future challenges;
- Measure the success of initiatives using data and KPIs, continuously improving programmes;
- Own and implement the OKRs connected to the People Experience & Leadership area .
✔️ What we expect from you
- Drive our core values—fun, fast, fair—while shaping a workplace that attracts and retains top talent;
- 3-5 years of experience in roles like Head of Learning & Development or Leadership Development Lead, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth industries such as tech or iGaming;
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, delivering high-quality results and fostering professional growth;
- Expertise in designing and implementing impactful employee lifecycle and leadership development programmes, with measurable improvements in engagement and performance;
- Skilled in leveraging data to measure the success of people initiatives and make data-driven improvements;
- Exceptional relationship-builder, fostering collaboration with stakeholders to drive faster decision-making and successful outcomes;
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget;
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, introducing modern learning methods to elevate employee experiences;
- Hands-on experience with learning and development platforms (e.g., LearnUpon), with a track record of improving utilisation rates and achieving high training completion percentages;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring the clear and impactful delivery of training, leadership coaching, and organisational communications that drive alignment and action.
