To assist the Airport Parking Manager by carrying out the below duties:
- Manage communication with all potential and current clientele of Airport Parking Ltd (APL)
- Manage all requests for APL card accesses, together with the general upkeep of the database
- Filing of documents in a timely and effective manner
- Administration of contracts in system - inputting
- Stock control and stock orders (related to Card accesses APL)
- Issue any ad-hoc or monthly reports requested by Manager/ Head of department
- Insert APL rosters in payroll system
- Purchase requests
- Administration of bank guarantees and insurances - to ensure all documents are up to date
- Key management and allocation
- Ordering of signage as requested by Manager / Head of department
- Any other general duties as requested by Manager / Head of department

- Be able to communicate clearly in English
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be solution-oriented and have good problem solving skills
- Be knowledgeable in Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Be energetic, self-motivated and with a positive mind-set
- Be highly organized
- Be a strong team player
