Business Development Manager to build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with major retailers and distributors.
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to identify potential new clients, craft proposals, and review contracts.

What You Will Do
Responsible for the activation of our brands into new territories and oversight management of existing and established markets. Ultimately, your insights and experience will be key to the performance of our sales funnel, mentoring and coaching team members, as we look to rapidly accelerate our growth and, most importantly, the growth and success of our distribution partners. This includes online retailers, wholesalers and major retailers.
- Build excellent working relationships with all key business leaders, colleagues and the broader team
- Create compelling presentations and submit to major national retailers
- Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts
- Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
- Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's products
- Coordinate company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
Requirements
Who you are
Prior sales experience with proven closing abilities are essential for this position, it is likely that your career to date includes sales focused positions.
- Strong time management skills
- Strong work ethic with a clear will to develop & learn
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
- Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented and extremely industrious
- Excellent written/verbal communication and relationship skills
- Experience using a CRM or ERP system to increase your productivity
- Be able to effectively communicate in business level English and at least one other european language
- A work ethic based on dedication to the company, our distribution partners and our mission
