We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Spanish-speaking reservation Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer reservations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Spanish-speaking clientele.
Responsibilities
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our reservation system.
- Ensure data entry is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage reservation modifications, cancellations, and invoices.
Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using reservation systems. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Strong team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
