Key Responsibilities:
● Process and monitor clients’ deposits and withdrawals
● Enforcing robust AML protocols within the company
● Communicating with the company’s payment providers
● Tracking and aligning data between payment providers and internal systems for
monitoring and reconciliation purposes
● Daily, weekly, monthly reconciliation
● Providing assistance to all departments for Back-Office related tasks promptly
● Reporting to Head of Back-Office and preparing reports and other ad-hoc tasks as
requested by the management team
Requirements:
● A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field
● Ability to work in a dynamic environment, multitask and prioritize the tasks effectively
● Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Computer literacy with knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
