Job Location: Larnaca
What are we looking for? We are looking for a recruiter that will be dealing with employers from Greece and Agencies in Asia.
More specifically:
Communicate with employers and record their needs in manpower (position, headcount, conditions, benefits)
Draft the job offers and compose the job description
Address the Agencies (our partners ) in Asia and provide them with the Job Offers
Coordinate with the Agencies for the sourcing and selection of candidates and potential employees
Attend Video Interviews of selected candidates and perform screening to determine matching between the candidate and the job requirements
Follow up and Administration of Visa Issuing and Candidate Documentation that is required
Coordinate the process of Visa Issue by written and verbal communication with the Governmental Departments responsible
Needed qualifications:
Degree in Human Resource or relevant Diploma will be considered an advantage
Excellent level of knowledge for both Greek and English Language
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Exell
Organizational Skills
Presentation Skills
Experience in the position will be considered an advantage
Working hours: 08:00 16:00 Monday to Friday
