We are looking for:
A detail – oriented and highly organized Project Administrator to support our SAP implementation project. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing documentation and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.
As a Project Administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the SAP project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes
- Track project progress and maintain documentation, including plans, reports, risk logs, and issue logs.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, external consultants, and other stakeholders
- Assist in resource allocation (time sheets) and maintain up-to-date records of team assignments and workloads
- Monitor timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to project deadlines
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder presentations
- Help with budgeting and financial tracking related to project activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and governance frameworks
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project administration roles
- Previous experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG) or exposure to similar methodologies.
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP implementation or other large-scale ERP projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM) is a plus
