As the CRM Creative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative and organizational aspects of brand design in CRM campaigns. You will ensure that all brand materials, player journeys, and CRM processes are visually compelling, consistent, and aligned with the brands' guidelines. You will manage the design of campaigns while maintaining highly organized documentation and workflows within Google Sheets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with local teams are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Design Oversight: Manage and execute brand-specific design strategies to ensure consistency in every campaign, from concept through to implementation, while adhering to established design guidelines.
- Google Sheets Management: Organize and maintain CRM-related data in Google Sheets, ensuring efficient tracking and updating of brand campaign materials and player engagement activities.
- Content Creation & Asset Management: Require high-quality visuals, banners, email templates, and design elements aligned with the brand identity, with design tools to support CRM campaigns.
- Campaign and Design Coordination: Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, and design teams to ensure timely creation and optimization of brand-related content for both global and localized campaigns.
- Snippets & Content Updates: Manage the creation and uploading of content snippets, designs, and creative assets for campaigns, ensuring they are properly formatted and aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Consistency & Quality Control: Ensure that all design work across CRM touchpoints remains aligned with the overall branding, maintaining high standards of visual appeal, accessibility, and coherence.
- Optimizing Design Processes: Continuously look for ways to improve design workflows, data tracking, and campaign delivery through streamlined processes in tools like Google Sheets.
- Reporting & Data Management: Manage and organize campaign performance data, assisting the team in tracking success metrics and presenting data effectively for ongoing optimization.
- Player-Centric Design: Ensure that all designs are aimed at optimizing the player journey, helping to foster higher retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Local Teams: Actively communicate and collaborate with local teams to tailor designs and campaigns to specific regional market needs, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and local preferences.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM brand design, graphic design, or a similar role, particularly in the gambling or iGaming sectors.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets, with a focus on organization, data tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent understanding of design principles and color theory, with the ability to create visually compelling brand assets.
- Plus, experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of CRM workflows and how to incorporate design seamlessly into player journeys and campaign processes.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work closely with internal teams and local markets.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage design-related tasks efficiently.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt designs for localized market preferences while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
