Job Title: PHP/Laravel Lead Developer (Russian-speaking)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Job Type: Full-time
Work cycle: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's software development department.
- Architect and design software solutions aligned with project requirements and business objectives.
- Oversee development processes, ensuring compliance with best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating them to improve development processes and product quality.
- Collaborate with project manager and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Take responsibility for all technical decisions, ensuring code security and robustness.
- Organize and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Analyse and resolve technical challenges, making critical decisions to ensure the success of the company's products and applications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
- At least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers effectively.
- Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
- Full-stack development experience.
- Fluency in Russian.
Preferred Qualifications (Will Be an Advantage)
- Background in the FinTech industry.
- Experience with payment system integrations.
- Publicly available code examples or contributions (e.g., GitHub, portfolio).
