Sales Manager
Ebony and Co is looking for a Sales Manager for its branch in Cyprus.
Ebony and Co is a global company with studios and clients around the world. Our goal is to participate in the creation of unique luxury interiors by carefully selecting and manufacturing wooden boards of unique sizes and specifications for floors and interior finishes at our own production facility in the Netherlands. We supply boards for wooden floors to the most impressive residential and commercial projects worldwide. To achieve this, we have opened seven unique studios in Amsterdam, Paris, London, Moscow, New York, and Dubai.
In 2023, we opened a new studio in Cyprus, located in a beautiful spot in the heart of Limassol.
Over the last three decades, we have delivered wide and long wooden boards to more than 50 countries and worked on numerous iconic projects, including MOMA in New York, the Berlin Museum of Architectural Graphics, the Amsterdam Conservatory, and many others. We are proud of our close collaborations with world-famous architects and designers such as Zaha Hadid, Sergei Tchoban, Alberto Pinto, Christian Liaigre, Piero Lissoni, Axel Vervoordt, Vincent Van Duysen, Peter Marino, Richard Meier, and many more.
Driven by a team of goal‑oriented professionals, our branch in Cyprus is now looking for a Sales Manager with relevant experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in promoting and selling luxury goods and services or working in the interior design industry. After our initial training, they will be ready to coordinate existing projects, oversee day‑to‑day studio management, actively pursue new clients, and strengthen relationships with our current client base.
Requirements and Responsibilities
• Generate sales from new clients and our existing client base
• Manage daily operations of the studio
• Oversee multiple ongoing and sometimes complex projects
• Coordinate with our production and logistics teams
• Ensure timely delivery of products
• Demonstrate experience working with clients, contractors, interior designers, and architects
• Organize client meetings in our studio (by appointment only)
• Exhibit confidence, attention to detail, organization, and proactivity
• Show
enthusiasm and care for our corporate culture and global brand perception
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
• Excellent communication skills (visual, written, and verbal)
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings
• CRM experience is required
• Knowledge of Russian and Greek is an advantage
