As a Bottle Girl in a high-energy club, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional VIP bottle service to guests, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience. This role requires a vibrant, customer-focused individual who can enhance the clubs' atmosphere while managing high-end bottle service for VIP clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and attentive bottle service to VIP tables, including taking orders and serving beverages
- Present and serve bottles with flair, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience
- Set up drink stations with appropriate garnishes, glassware, and other service items
- Maintain a positive and lively atmosphere at VIP tables, interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently, including credit cards and cash
- Collaborate with bartenders, security, and other staff to ensure smooth and timely service
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of your assigned section throughout the night
- Assist in promoting bottle service packages and upselling premium products
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, bottle service, or as a cocktail server preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with VIP guests
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress code standards
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays of drinks or bottles
