Recroo is looking for skilled Motor Vehicle Mechanics to join our clients' team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Your expertise will contribute to keeping our clients' vehicles in top condition.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs on motor vehicles
- Conduct regular maintenance checks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations
- Replace worn or damaged parts, such as belts, filters, and brake pads
- Test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Stay updated on advancements in automotive technology and repair practices
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues and repairs to clients as needed
Requirements
- Certification or diploma in automotive technology or a related field
- Proven experience as a motor vehicle mechanic
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if required
