Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and refine our client's product portfolio of managed services and platform offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and product management, a passion for optimizing operations through technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's product-centric operating model, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering value to customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product & Portfolio Vision: Define and communicate the product portfolio vision and strategy.
- Customer Focus: Engage with customers to gather insights and validate product desirability and affordability.
- System of Work: Lead the adoption of product development frameworks and governance.
- Team Building: Contribute to organizational capability by developing the Product Management practice.
- Economic Impact: Collaborate with architects and product owners to prioritize investments for profitability.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research to support technology selection and decision-making.
- Product Development: Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with customer and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure alignment and success through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure success and drive improvement.
- Resource Management: Efficiently manage budgets and resources for maximum impact.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and outcome-focused.
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, including launching new products and growing market share.
- Certifications: Product Management and domain-specific certifications are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with transport, logistics, and related sectors such as finance, telecommunications, and supply chain is advantageous.
