Responsibilities
- Carry out bank, supplier and client account reconciliations;
- Carry out reconciliations between back-office and Payment service providers;
- Deal with customers and service providers in relation to payment issues;
- Preparing every month revenue reports to be sent to partners and maintaining/updating the status of each partner;
- Executing the necessary actions in the Back-office platform upon relevant training and guidance;
- Other accounting related functions as required by the group and ad-hoc report preparations.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the English language both written and verbal;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc) including formulas and formatting;
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage effectively, in an accurate manner, a lot of tasks running at the same time.
- Accounting software program system (SAP software system) is considered an advantage;
- Experience in a similar position/industry is considered an advantage;
- Good accounting knowledge is a must.
- Any experience in a platform-based company is considered as an advantage;
- Ability to take thoughtful initiative, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
