As a Guest Relations Executive, you will:

- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
- Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills.
- Receptionist Duties experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
