Ezoria is on a mission to revolutionize hospitality and make a world of better stays open to all. Ezoria manages and holiday rents premium villas and apartments in Cyprus and offers a unique hospitality experience for guests. Ezoria currently has presence in most touristic locations in Cyprus with a portfolio of over 130 exclusive properties. To be better is a never-ending pursuit and revolutions don’t happen overnight. As a key member of the Ezoria operations team, you will be adding value in three significant ways:
- Property manage a set number of Ezoria’s units by aiming to optimize them for guest stays in addition to making the running of the properties more cost efficient.
- Maintain an effective and efficient relationship with internal and external stakeholders conducting work at the property and make sure that the quality of their work is always optimal.
- Manage guest check ins by making sure the property is ready for their arrival, conducting check in and check out services in addition to being their point of contact during their stay.
The opportunity:
§ Property management:
o To perform onboarding procedure of properties.
o To perform checks.
o To undergo purchasing and setting up of properties.
o To implement in house Ezoria guest experience initiatives.
o To contract suppliers to the properties, agree and implement cooperation procedure and quality control work.
§ Guest management:
o To coordinate with the reservations department to consider and provide any requests guests may have.
o Upselling services where possible.
o To ensure the property is safe for guests prior to their arrival.
o To ensure the property is cleaned and fully equipped for guests prior to their arrival.
o To check guests in, and to give them a tour of the property as well as provide any needed information for their stay.
o To respond to guests during the length of their stay (when they need assistance, have questions, or require additional items).
o To ensure that guest have a good experience and leave us positive reviews.
o To ensure that the property is in good conditions after guests’ check-out.
o To coordinate cleanings with the housekeeping team.
o To inspect the properties after each clean.
o To report any issues or concerns to the main office.
o To report any damages from guests to the reservations department to charge the damage deposit.
o To assist meetings with the rest of the team to share ideas and help improve procedures.
o To represent the company’s values.
Who We Look For:
- Candidates preferably with previous hospitality experience and/or a strong passion for the industry.
- Strong ability to see reservations through from beginning to end; an organized multi-tasker who thrives on managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Super-communicator, both internally and externally, with strong interpersonal skills; Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships to drive partner satisfaction and growth.
- Excited and passionate about Ezoria, reaching set targets, and working cross-functionally to achieve high performance!
- Passionate, positive, and ability to flex and adapt with a growing organization!
