Your Impact
- Contact businesses and other potential advertisers to provide high-quality leads
- Meet Sales Targets
- Identify, suggest, and test new flows based on the advertisers’ needs
- Account development through identifying new opportunities within existing clients
- Analyze marketing and sales data for insights and improvements
- Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance
- Conduct split tests to refine strategies and improve results
- Maintain relationships with current marketing partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Represent the company at conferences and events occasionally
What it takes
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related field
- Previous experience in the online marketing industry would be considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (verbal & written). The knowledge of any other language would be considered as an advantage
Our Standards
- Monthly fixed salary.
- Bonus mid and end of the year subject to performance.
- Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 05:00pm (flexi hour) including a 30 minute break.
- Up to 25 days of annual leave.
