Recroo is seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Attendants to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of care. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily activities, personal care, and emotional support. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with mobility and transportation, ensuring clients are safe and comfortable
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Administer medication and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred
- Certification as a Health Care Aide or equivalent training is a plus
- Strong communication skills and empathy toward clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and capability to assist clients with mobility
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
