VCFC are currently searching for a Junior Relationship Manager (Account Manager). You will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the internal departments, ensuring that customers receive personalised service and support. VCFC is servicing Premium Individual Customers and Corporate Customers for payment accounts and debit cards. You will work collaboratively within a team and will report to the Senior Relationship Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Building, maintaining and improving relationships for B2B and B2C clients.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends in both Payments and Cards industry and provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify unmet customer needs and recommend improvements to the product line accordingly.
- Resolve queries and address any questions the customers may have related to payment accounts and debit cards
- Oversee customers’ payments accounts and ensure smooth operations, including resolving issues related to transactions.
- Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and execution of client needs.
- Responding to retention risks and opportunities
- Carry out tasks related to the launch of new products.
- Actively monitor performance of payment accounts and any arising trends or spending patterns
- Review customer application forms and collect documentation required for onboarding depending on the client profile.
- Assist with any additional compliance or onboarding related queries that may arise.
- Attend training and remain updated on all services offered by the group for potential upselling and informing client of benefits.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and internal compliance policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Banking/Finance/Economics or related field OR previous experience working in the financial sector.
- Previous experience or familiarity with payment accounts is considered a plus.
- Previous experience communicating with customers/resolving queries is considered a plus.
- Bilingual (English + fluency in any additional language is considered an asset).
- A positive attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail.
