Job description:
The Partner Operations Specialist is a critical role at Tauro, serving as the operational backbone of our partnerships. You will work closely with the Business Development team, technology and operations teams, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign setup, efficient issue resolution, and prioritization of feature requests. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness and satisfaction of our partners and internal teams, enhancing the overall success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Management:
- Configure and manage campaigns in CRM and relevant platforms (e.g., Cellxperts) based on specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign parameters and timelines.
Issue Resolution:
- Identify and filter issues from partners or the Business Development team.
- Resolve user errors by providing guidance or training materials.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely follow-up and communication.
Feature Request Management:
- Collect and prioritize feature requests from partners and the Business Development team.
- Assess feasibility and communicate detailed requirements to tech/operations teams.
- Monitor progress and conduct post-implementation reviews.
Continuous Improvement:
- Optimize processes for issue resolution and feature requests.
- Develop training materials in collaboration with the Head of Training.
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation for knowledge sharing.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare regular reports on campaign status, issues, and feature requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with company goals.
- Support ad hoc tasks to enhance partner operations and campaign success.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in operations, account management, or a related field within the forex industry..
- Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in CRM platforms and campaign management tools (e.g., Cellxperts).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess feasibility and impact of requests or solutions.
- Proactive approach to learning and process improvement.
