In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, assisting them with their purchases, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival and provide assistance with their inquiries and purchases
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store displays
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in inventory management and restocking procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
