Recroo is looking for skilled Food and Beverage Attendants responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients' guests. ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to provide high-quality service and maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and preparation of dining areas before service, including setting tables and organizing utensils
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests, ensuring orders are accurate and meet presentation standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any requests or concerns
- Support bartenders and kitchen staff in maintaining service flow during busy periods
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining spaces and service stations
- Assist with processing payments and handling cash as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in a food and beverage service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Capable of working in a fast-paced setting and managing multiple tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
