As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while providing excellent customer service to our clients' patrons. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and other specialty drinks
- Ensure that all beverages are made according to established recipes and quality standards
- Interact with customers, taking their orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
- Stay updated on coffee trends and menu offerings to provide informed recommendations
- Handle cash and process payments efficiently, maintaining accurate records
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
