Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the CEO and C-level management on a variety of different projects and tasks as and when required.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners on behalf of the CEO.
- Reach out to various departments within the organization to gather updates and progress to feedback to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and set up meetings as and when required.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
- Providing Front of House support, welcoming clients, and suppliers and answering phone calls.
- Minute taking when necessary.
- General Office management duties.
- Supporting the Group Executive Office team.
Professional Requirements:
- 4 years’ experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
- Flexible and willingness to work flexibly if required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Time-management skills.
- Ability to juggle various projects and tasks at once.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
- Experienced in compiling and writing reports.
- Interpersonal skills.
