Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring high-quality food standards
- Prepare dishes at live stations during the breakfast buffet, such as an omelette station
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan breakfast menus and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Monitor food inventory and manage stock levels, placing orders as necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Stay updated with culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings
