Job Summary
Overall Purpose
To enhance the overall user interface design of products and services by focusing on interface aesthetics, layout, and responsiveness, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. Supporting the Bank’s Digital transformation, collaborating within cross-functional working groups, including external suppliers, to make informed decisions regarding interface design.
Through creative design thinking, being able to craft visually engaging and intuitive digital interfaces across various platforms by aligning business objectives with user preferences and technical constraints. Providing clear direction and tasks while fostering collaboration within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the UX team to understand user research findings, including user needs, behaviors, and pain points;
- Translating UX research insights into visually appealing user interface designs that align with user experience goals and business objectives;
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders;
- Developing and maintaining a UI design system or style guide to ensure consistency across products and platforms;
- Working closely with developers to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and effectively;
- Providing guidance and support to other team members on UI design best practices and principles;
- Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI design and incorporating them into design solutions when appropriate;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to ensure alignment between UI design and overall product strategy;
- Contributing to the evolution of the UX processes and methodologies within the team, continuously striving for improvement and innovation.
In addition to the specific functions, management may assign more duties as required for the job from time to time.

Required Experience
- Minimum of four (4) years experience in a similar role with direct exposure to Agile teams.
Required Education
- An MQF Level 5 qualification in UX or a related field.
Desirable Criteria
- Ability to produce low-level wireframes.
- Agile / Lean 6 Sigma Certification.
